Regulatory Obligation via ICANN

All Registrars, and by agreement registrants, must follow the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers Registrar Accreditation Agreement which states:

   “3.7.2 Business Dealings, Including with Registered Name Holders. Registrar shall abide by applicable laws and governmental regulations.”
