Regulatory Obligation via ICANN

All Registrars, and by agreement registrants, must follow the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers Registrar Accreditation Agreement which states:

   “3.7.2 Business Dealings, Including with Registered Name Holders. Registrar shall abide by applicable laws and governmental regulations.”

and,

   “3.8 Registrar shall comply with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy”



The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy or UDRP states all registrants must affirm that:
